Chambersburg police investigating following ‘numerous complaints’ of dogs running loose

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Chambersburg police are investigating after reportedly receiving numerous complaints of two dogs running loose around the area.

Police say two german shepherds were spotted around the 800 block of South 4th Street.

They’re asking anyone who might know who the owner is to contact police.
