Cardiff: Splott dog walker dies after bike hit and run

A woman who was hit by a bike when she was walking her dog has died from her injuries almost five weeks later.

The 57-year-old was walking with her husband on Moorland Road in Splott, Cardiff, at about 17:30 GMT on 10 December when a cyclist rode into her before fleeing the scene.

South Wales Police said the cyclist was male, wearing a black face covering, a white shirt and red tie.

The victim was taken to University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff where she died on Monday.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
