Bull Dogs fall to Cubs in four sets

MADISON — Columbus North won the second set Thursday, but Madison claimed a 25-15, 23-25, 25-20, 25-18 boys volleyball victory.

Leo Iorio led the Bull Dogs (8-18) with 14 kills and 14 digs. Kota Kondo recorded 26 assists, Juan Jose Salcedo Calderon had four blocks and Hank Lin served two aces.

Also for North, Yuta Kondo tallied nine kills, two assists and 11 digs, and Salcedo Calderon pounded six kills. Ramu Alagppin notched four assists, Iorio and Sawyer Patterson each had two blocks, Parth Shah added eight digs and one ace and Kota Kondo served one ace.
