Blossom sets limit on cats, dogs per household

BLOSSOM — After a lengthy discussion and hearing from two citizens against a proposal to add how many dogs and cats a person could own within the city limits, City Council members voted to set the limit at 20 cats and/or dogs per household.

“So how can you tell someone how many animals they can have when you’re not buying their food?” wondered resident Jackie Chennault who said her family has been in the area since the 1900s.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
