BGWCHS issues Code Red after lack of kennel space

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) – The Bowling Green-Warren County Humane Society has issued emergency adoptions after a lack of kennel space.

Due to 77 cats being brought in, they no longer have kennels open. All in all, 390 animals are currently in their care.

A Code Red has been issued and they now have $25 emergency adoptions until Sunday, Nov. 3.

In a Facebook post, the humane society said the best way to see what pets are available is to visit them.

They are open today from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
