Atlantic County Humane Society looking for man who dumps dogs

The Humane Society of Atlantic County is asking for the public’s help finding a man who keeps dumping dogs there in the middle of the night.

Video posted to the society’s Facebook page shows the man walk over to the fence with a dog on a leash at the Atlantic City building.

He then picks up the dog, and drops her over the fence at 1401 Absecon Blvd. The dog falls on her side, and then gets up.

The man walks back to his car, described as a black Cadillac sedan.

It is the fourth dog this same man has dumped, according to the Humane Society.

This time, the dog has distinct scarring on her back, according to the posting.

If anyone has information about the dog or man, they are asked to call the Atlantic City police at 609-347-5766 and ask for one of their Humane Law Enforcement Officers.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
