Following the rescue, the ARL had to open emergency overflow housing in its training center as it is faced with already full kennels.
The recent rescues will need medical and dental surgeries, grooming to remove matted fur, and behavioral help. Puppies as young as two weeks old will need nurtured. All will receive spaying or neutering.
