Arkansas woman mauled by dogs on walk home

HELENA-WEST HELENA, Ark. – An Arkansas woman is grateful to be alive after two dogs attacked her.

She said she was mauled by the dogs while walking home from a store in Helena-West Helena. The attack only stopped when a Good Samaritan stepped in and scared the dogs away.

Video obtained by FOX13 shows a brown dog and a white dog circling Angela Ross. She tried to fight the dogs off, but she tripped, and they pounced. They bit her arms, legs, and hair.

Ross can be seen flailing in a puddle of water while trying to get off the group, screaming for help. That help came in the form of a blaring car horn.

“I believe the good Lord told me to come down this road to save this girl. If she wouldn’t have died, she would have been in bad shape,” said Good Samaritan Robert Ford.

Ross said she’s grateful for the help but wishes the situation never would have happened in the first place.

“They need to get these dogs. Whoever shut down the dog thing, they need to do something about these dogs, because what if I had my child with me?” Ross said.

The dog’s owner was fined $300 for the attack.

The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
