A pack of dogs killed a 15-year-old girl in Arkansas on Wednesday, according to KATV, the ABC affiliate in Little Rock.Neighbors told KATV the girl was feeding malnourished dogs on a property on White Oak Drive when she was killed.There were about 30 to 40 dogs in the area.Deputies and emergency officials got a call about the attack just after noon.When they arrived, the girl was dead.Neighbors told KATV they had called the county about the dogs multiple times in the past, but were told there was nothing they could do.
