Appeal dismissed in Great Allegheny Passage dogs case

CUMBERLAND — A judge has dismissed an appeal of a county decision to remove two dogs from their owners.

Allegany County Circuit Court Judge Jeffrey S. Getty dismissed the appeal filed by Nickole Stemple and Danny Porter, of Kansas Avenue, that deals with their Great Dane and a boxer/terrier mix.
