GREENE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) — Kelli Harvey, founder of Angel Wing Sanctuary, was one of the first people on scene when 81 dogs were seized from a farm in Greene County in June 2024. She said she will never forget the moment she first walked into that barn.
“You’ve got rabbit hutches, you’ve got moldy food, you got dogs walking on wires, you’ve got newborn puppies that are just a couple days old that are just lying there on a raggedy carpet,” Harvey said.
