LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The Animal Foundation has issued an urgent plea for foster parents as it struggles with a surge in dog intakes.
The shelter has reached full capacity after taking in nearly 1,000 dogs since the beginning of the month.
The foundation is specifically seeking temporary homes for medium and large dogs.
Those interested in providing foster care can visit the shelter’s adoption lobby between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday.
