TYLER, Texas (KLTV) – Gwen Coley, one of the directors of Angel Paws Advocates, told us today about some animals in immediate need of foster homes. Last week a landlord alerted them to 18 abandoned animals on his property, Coley said, that were severely emaciated and had significant health issues.
As of Monday, eight dogs are left, along with two cats and two parrots, and they all desperately need fosters. Angel Paws is a foster based program, meaning they have no shelter to keep these animals at until they are ready to be adopted.
