While fans of The White Lotus search for clues about the season three finale, Aimee Lou Wood is hinting at the spring accessory we’ll be seeing all season long.
Yesterday in New York City, The White Lotus star ventured out for two separate street style sightings, equipped in each with a classic white handbag. She was first spotted carrying Tory Burch’s Romy Hobo Bag, a slouchy shoulder bag with a curved opening made of textured pebbled leather. Wood paired the standout piece with a black leather zip-up jacket layered atop a white T-shirt and a navy blue cardigan, as well as straight-leg jeans, a black leather belt with a silver buckle, heeled loafers, and olive-green tinted sunglasses.
Later in the day, Wood emerged in the city once again carrying a white bag, this time a small top-handle pouch. She contrasted the quaint accessory with a nearly all-black look, which consisted of a slick belted black trench coat layered over a white turtleneck and sheer black tights. She finished the ensemble with white socks and black Mary Jane shoes, plus a pair of oval-shaped shades.
Wood previously opened up about her White Lotus character, Chelsea, in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar. “Chelsea is all about her experience, her consciousness, connection—not how she’s being perceived,” she said. “She doesn’t have lots of money or impressive credentials, but she has boundless love and energy. She’s a misfit in the White Lotus world. And I love a misfit.”
