Adopt Pinto and Leia, a pair of sibling dogs in Laredo

LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) – Pinto and Leia, two sweet 7-year-old dogs, are this week’s “Pet of the Week.” These sibling pups have been at the Laredo Animal Protective Society (LAPS) shelter for about three months after being given up by their previous owner.

Pinto is the more outgoing dog, while Leia is a little shy. But they are very close and get along perfectly, making them a great pair to adopt together.

“They’ve been together their whole lives, and we’d love for them to stay together,” said Alexa Merla from LAPS. Both dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and have been spayed or neutered. The adoption fee for both is $160.

Pinto and Leia are small, calm, and would be happy in any home, even an apartment. You can visit them at the LAPS shelter Wednesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

For more information, stop by the shelter or check the LAPS website.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
