A new puppy enrichment center in Eden Prairie is like a preschool for puppies. Designed to promote healthy development, this new facility aims to specifically prepare dogs who hope to one day become service animals. WCCO’s Reg Chapman and Adam Del Rosso stopped by to visit some furry friends.
