METROPOLIS — Late last week, John Roman, Metropolis animal control officer, posted that the Metropolis Pound is almost at capacity and will have to start euthanizing dogs.
“So please keep your dogs up and share the pictures so we can get them home or adopted,” Roman said in the post.
