LUCAS Co., Ohio (WTVG) – The Lucas County Board of Commissioners along with Lucas County Canine Care and Control (LC4) are set to announce a dog food pantry at a press conference on June 20.
According to a press release from LC4, the county is launching the food pantry due to an increase in requests for dog food and resources at the shelter.
To use the pantry, people must register with LC4 and give LC4 information about their dog/s.
The pantry which is made possible through donations will be open on the third Sunday of each month.
