Woman charged in animal neglect case involving more than 50 dogs

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – A woman has been charged in a November animal cruelty case.

Court records show a summons was issued to Laquita Clark, and she’s due in court Thursday afternoon.

As we reported, police say more than 50 dogs were taken from a home on South Elliott Street.

They say the floors of the home were covered in urine and feces.

The incident led to a statement being issued by Mayor Stephanie Terry, who then held a town hall to address animal sheltering services in Evansville.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
