Fire displaces 3 people, 8 dogs in Kernville

An off-duty firefighter helped crews from different stations contain a residential fire that displaced three adults, two dogs and six puppies but injured no one Sunday morning in Kernville.

The Kern County Fire Department reported multiple calls came in starting at 9:30 a.m. about a fast-expanding column of smoke that led firefighters to a home on Panorama Drive that was half engulfed in flames that were spreading to nearby grass.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
