PORTLAND (WGME) — The Portland Sea Dogs are now offering a “Weddings at Delta Dental Park” package for fans who want to take their love of baseball to a new level.
The package allows couples to use Delta Dental Park at Hadlock Field as their wedding venue.
“We’ve been honored to host several weddings throughout our history,” Sea Dogs President and General Manager Geoff Iacuessa said. “Seeing the excitement couples have had hosting their weddings with us is a great joy for us.”
The couples will say “I do!” at home plate and have access to the park’s picnic area for up to 100 guests.
The wedding menu will include standard ballpark fare, including the famous Sea Dog Biscuits. A cash bar will also be available.
Couples who purchase this package will get customized Sea Dog jerseys and a picture with Slugger the Sea Dog.
Everyone attending the wedding will also receive tickets to a game.
