Craving a corndog? This national Korean corn dog chain opened on Highland Road last month

There’s a new Korean corn dog place in Baton Rouge at 5271 Highland Road: Oh K-Dog.

The Baton Rouge location of the national Korean corn dog chain opened its doors on Nov. 26. This popular street food comes in different flavor variations. The menu also features egg sandwiches and other Korean street food.

Employee Michael Quisido said the corn dogs are all good, but if it’s your first K–dog experience, then try the half-and-half regular Korean corn dog: it’s half mozzarella and half hot dog on a stick, and customers can dress it up however they like.

“If you want something more filling,” he said. “I would recommend the potato dog which is the same thing… but it is covered with potatoes.”

It’s like having a french fry in every bite, he said.

Oh K-Dog is open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and closed on Mondays.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
