ZANESVILLE, OH –Double the love and double the fun! If you’re looking for twice as many tail wags, then this dog of the week story is for you.
This week we have a mother and son duo looking for their fur-ever family! These two are full of love and are sure to put a smile on your face.
K9 Adoption Center Volunteer Doug McQuaid shares the duos story.
“Today we have Zoey, she’s actually the mom and Powder here is the son. Zoey is 7 years old; powder is 3. They’re both spayed and neutered. They came in together in March… They definitely need to go together, they are used to being together, so they kind of get upset when they’re not beside each other.”
This bonded pair is in search of a loving home. Their ideal family will play with them and shower them in affection. They would love a home that’s extremely active and fun. The more walks, the better. They’re an energetic pair that enjoy getting out of the house for adventures and are known to love everyone. They like other dogs and also don’t mind cats.
“So, with these guys they would need to go on daily walks, they would have to get exercise to stay calmed down as much as they need to be,” McQuaid said.
The Muskingum County K-9 Adoption Center would also like to extend a huge thank you to those who helped at their event last weekend. They would also like those who may be in need of dog food to stop by or give them a call. For more information about adopting these two playful pups please reach out to the Adoption Center.
