Nicole’s K9 Solutions trains therapy dogs for local groups in need

Nicole’s K9 Solutions is training therapy dogs for local organizations in need.

This Green Country company works with dog training and behavioral rehabilitation.

Nicole’s K9 works with all kinds of breeds to help them overcome anxiety and aggression.

Nicole Ingraham, CEO of K9 Solutions says opportunities to work with local residents in need are part of the reason she started the company.

“When I was younger before I kind of found my inspiration and everything, I was in group homes,” said Ingraham. “It’s really cool to kind of take my success, be able to show the kids that there is hope and there is a future.”

K9 Solutions also works with training service dogs for veterans with PTSD.

For these service dogs, K9 Solutions partners with Non-Profit Soldier’s Wish.

“Having a dog to be able to help them, you know guide them through life,” said Ingraham. “Tell them, hey you need to take your medicine or help them through a crowded place where they can feel more comfortable and secure and improve their quality of life is super important.”

According to Ingraham, it takes up to a year to complete dog training along with additional follow-up training for handlers.

The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
