Ex-Raider who killed Las Vegas woman, dog in fiery crash moved to transitional housing

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The former Las Vegas Raiders player convicted of killing a valley woman and her dog in a crash moved to transitional housing.

25-year-old Henry Ruggs previously worked at the governor’s mansion as part of his DUI sentence. He now moved to Casa Grande Transitional Housing according to records from the Nevada Department of Corrections.

The once first-round NFL draft pick was sentenced Aug. 9, 2023 to a minimum of three years and a maximum of ten years in state prison after he agreed to plead guilty to a pair of charges.

The former wide receiver was reportedly driving as fast as 156 mph with a blood alcohol level that was twice the legal limit when his Chevrolet Corvette struck and killed Tina Tintor in her Toyota RAV4 early on the morning of November 2, 2021.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
