LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – First Alert Chief Meteorologist Darrin Rockcole had a tough assignment on Friday, but he wasn’t covering a weather event.
Instead, he was judging dogs dressed up in Halloween costumes at NCG Theaters as part of a promotion for Town Square Radio.
News 10 caught up with several of the pooches. From Princess Jasmine on a magic carpet to a bucket of fried chicken, they were definitely cuties, all dressed up, and hopefully more places to go.
“This honestly came about because we were thinking about some cool promotions for Halloween and who doesn’t love to see a dog in a Halloween costume?” said Nathan Myers, brand manager at NOW 97.5 FM.
There was coffee for the humans and dog-friendly ice cream for the four-legged contestants to enjoy.
No word on the contest winner tonight but honestly, they are all winners.
