The 7th annual NOLA Dogs “Race to the Rescue” 5K took place this morning at Lake Lawn Metairie Cemetery. Prior to the race dogs and their humans participated in a pet parade with Soul brass band and the Streetcar Strutters. Proceeds went to Animal Rescue New Orleans, Take Paws, The Inner Pup, Trampled Rose Rescue and Zeus’ Rescues.
