Dog survives fall from overpass onto Interstate 5 in Seattle

A dog fell from an overpass onto northbound Interstate 5 Thursday afternoon, according to Washington State Patrol.

WSP said at around 4:50 p.m., a dog was reported to have come off the overpass of northbound I-5 near NE 85th.

WSP said reporting parties said the dog survived and was transported for medical care.

Troopers are currently unsure about whether or not the dog was thrown from the overpass or not.

Troopers said they’re actively investigating the incident.

“Please call the WSP if you have any information on what occurred this afternoon,” WSP wrote on X. “No updates on the K-9 for now.”

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
