New Not Dogs on the Menu

Nikki’s Not Dog Stand has added two new not dogs to its menu. Customers may now enjoy the Florida Dog featuring Nikki’s vegan potato salad and the Atlanta Dog with slaw, BBQ sauce and mustard.

Nikki’s Not Dog Stand, located at 51 Division Street in Sag Harbor, is open Wednesday and Thursday from noon to 6:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday from noon to 7:30 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. Online ordering and delivery is available and orders can be placed at nikkisnotdogstand.com.

Nikki’s Vegan Potato Salad

serves 6-8

Ingredients:

3 pounds potatoes (Nikki uses Idaho, but Yukon would add a nice creaminess)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 cup vegan mayo (Nikki uses Hellman’s)

3/4 cup finely chopped red onion

1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickle

11/2 teaspoon freshly chopped dill

1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon celery salt

To Prepare:

Boil potatoes in salted water until soft but not mushy. While they boil, combine all ingredients to make the dressing. Once the potatoes have cooled, rough chop into bite sizes of your choice. Combine with dressing and enjoy! Good in the fridge for up to 5 days but there’s no chance it will last that long.

The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
