Animal Care Society seeks help after taking in dozens of dogs from tornado-damaged shelter

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The Animal Care Society is asking for help after welcoming dozens of dogs from a shelter recently damaged by a tornado.

The dogs just arrived from the Muhlenberg County Humane Society.

The shelter lost many of its outdoor kennels and experienced major flood damage, making it hard to care for the dogs.

The Animal Care Society is looking for both fosters and adopters due to the influx in animals.

To start the process, you can fill out an adoption application here and a foster application here.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
