YPSILANTI, MI – Brad Lemont had a dilemma five years ago: he loved coney dogs, but he had just started a plant-based diet.
Brad and his wife Melanie are now the owners behind Plant Based Coneys, which recently opened in Ypsilanti’s Depot Town at 42 E. Cross St. Its menu is 100% plant-based and anything on the menu can be made gluten-free.
