Tiana Barron’s Journey from Executive to Entrepreneur with a Heart for Dogs and Humanity

Tiana Barron, the founder of the spring water for dogs company – Jaxx Fontaine D’ Eau – is no stranger to the challenges and triumphs of life. With a background as diverse as the cultures she has studied, Tiana’s journey is one of resilience, self-discovery, and an unflinching commitment to making the world a better place.

Raised in a family that traversed the globe due to her father’s government job, Barron’s early exposure to various cultures shaped her worldview and instilled in her a deep appreciation for diversity. “I was so blessed to be able to see the world and understand that it’s not race but culture that shapes us,” Tiana reflects. This global perspective fostered a loving, open spirit within her, a quality that has remained constant throughout her life.

Tiana’s career has been as multifaceted as her background. From her time as an executive at a cosmetic company to her days as an actress and model, she has worn many hats. However, despite her success, she found herself yearning for something more meaningful. “I loved the arts, but my personality wasn’t one for the business. I’m more of a spiritual person, and I like to be around things that are important and positive,” she explains.

Amidst her achievements, Tiana faced personal challenges, particularly with trust. She candidly shares, “I had trust issues throughout my life. Even though I was very loving, deep down, I had a lot of trust issues.” Yet, it was in her connection with dogs that she found solace and healing. Tiana describes how her dog filled a void in her life. “Dogs teach us unconditional love. They’ve been a source of happiness and fulfillment for me, especially during times when I felt alone.”

This cynophile’s love, especially for her rescued dog from Hurricane Harvey, inspired her to launch Jaxx Fontaine D’ Eau, a premium water brand for dogs. The idea had been in her mind for five years, but it wasn’t until she moved to Orange County that she finally brought it to life. “I’ve been giving my dogs bottled water for years, way before people were even drinking bottled water themselves,” she muses. But her decision to turn this practice into a business was driven by a deeper purpose: “I wanted to do something positive, something that reflects the love and respect I have for animals.”

Research has shown the profound impact dogs can have on mental health, providing companionship, reducing stress, and even helping with depression. Tiana’s experience aligns with these findings, as she credits her dog with helping her navigate life’s challenges. “My dog fills a void that even my own kids, who I adore, can’t fill. Animals are incredible – they’re their own beings with pure souls inside,” she says.

Founding Jaxx Fontaine D’ Eau was no easy feat. Tiana’s path was fraught with obstacles, from moving to a new city to remodeling her home. Yet, her resilience and belief that life is nothing but a lesson kept her going. “I’m a fighter. I’ve had a tough life, but I always get up and fight again. Everything happens in your journey when it’s supposed to, not when you want,” she asserts.

Tiana’s story is not just about business success; it’s about living in grace and striving to create a better world. She hopes that her story will inspire others to respect one another, regardless of their differences. “I’m so sensitive to people and emotions, and it upsets me to see division. I don’t care how you choose to live your life, but be nice to each other. We’re not here to judge and be mean,” she emphasizes.

Jaxx’s mission is to help (save as many dogs’ lives as possible) by donating proceeds from each bottle sold to ‘Unconditional Rescue’ Laguna Beach, as well as offering cases of water to other dog rescues for auction so that they can help save more dogs. The dog company recently sent cases of Jaxx Fontaine D’ Eau Award Winning Natural Spring Water to ‘Wags and Walks Rescue’ in Los Angeles and to the ‘Vegas Pet Rescue project’ for their auction in Las Vegas, Nevada. Tiana elaborates: “We need to bring their awareness to the front and, just maybe, some of their love will rub off on us, and then the world could unite.”

As Tiana Barron continues her journey with Jaxx Fontaine D’ Eau, she remains committed to her vision of a world where everyone respects one another and where love – whether from a person or a pet – can heal even the deepest wounds.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
