The Fairbanks Ice Dogs entered the weekend 0-0-1-1 with a pair of losses at the Minnesota Wilderness. They leave it with a .500 record after a pair of comfortable road wins over Midwest Division foes, including a 5-2 victory over the previously undefeated Wisconsin Windigo.
The Ice Dogs won just two of seven games against the Windigo last season but made a Saturday statement in beating them on the road early in the 2024-25 season.
