An Arcadia woman was arrested after police found numerous cats and dogs without clean water, food or proper shelter outside a home on N. Luther Avenue. According to the Arcadia Police Department, they found the animals outside the residence on Tuesday.Police arrested Veronica Dufrense, 71, on Friday, and she is facing charges of animal cruelty.Arcadia police said a total of 12 dogs and nine cats were rescued from the residence.
