WOOD Co., Ohio (WTVG) – A press conference will be held Friday morning in the atrium of the Wood County Courthouse to introduce a new facility dog.
The new dog will be the first courthouse dog ever utilized in Wood County and one of the first in Northwest Ohio.
The dog’s name is Norene and she is a two-year-old labrador retriever who was trained to work with crime victims.
Along with the introduction, Norene will be deputized by the Wood County Sheriff.
