No. 4 Bull Dogs edge Bloomington South

BLOOMINGTON — No. 4-ranked Columbus North took a big step toward repeating as Conference Indiana boys tennis champions with a 3-2 win Wednesday at Bloomington South.

Hank Lin blankedDavid Ciucu 6-0, 6-0 at No. 1 singles, and Parth Shah beat Alex Busch 6-4, 4-0 (retired) at No. 2 singles for the Bull Dogs (13-1, 4-0). Sashu Sabapathy and Michael Crossman topped Abe Corry and William Ciao 6-3, 7-5 at No. 2 doubles.

North’s Teddy Littrell fell to Caleb Cian 6-2, 6-4 at No. 3 singles. Yoki Murabayashi and Vince Sasse lost to Josh Sang and Connor Cough 6-4, 2-6, 6-3 at No. 1 doubles.
