Scranton to let St. Cats and Dogs spay/neuter clinic use former Engine 15 fire station on Ash Street

SCRANTON — The city plans to let a nonprofit spay/neuter organization use the former Engine 15 fire station on Ash Street, at least temporarily, for seven months and for free.
