Yes, Fayetteville-Lincoln County Animal Control is open and is looking for people who will give dogs a loving home and responsible care.
“A lot of people think we’re closed,” said Laura Bryant, animal control officer of the Fayetteville-Lincoln County Animal Control. Bryant has worked as the animal control officer for the past five years. “We just did a change over,” she said. Prior to the City of Fayetteville and Lincoln County governments jointly assuming animal control, the Humane Society of Lincoln County operated the animal shelter for many years.
