If I weren’t already at my pet limit, Jupiter would be snuggled on my couch right now. Instead, I’m hoping that this story lands in front of the right person—the one who’s meant to give her the loving home she’s been waiting over 60 days for at the Tri-County Humane Society, and that’s way too long for a good girl like Jupiter to be without the loving family or person she deserves.
JUPITER IS THE COMPLETE PACKAGE
Jupiter is one of those once-in-a-lifetime dogs. At just four years old, this lovable mixed-breed girl is the full package: sweet, smart, and full of personality. She’s already earned an impressive list of credentials—she knows how to sit, lay down, roll over, spin, and even kennel. Talk about an A+ student?!

ONE BIG LOVER
She likes kids and gets along well with cats, but she hasn’t been tested around other dogs yet, so a proper introduction would be needed if you already have a pup at home. But this much is clear: Jupiter is ready to love big. She wants to be by your side, go for walks, and be your favorite cuddle buddy at the end of the day.

Just like she is an A+ student, she is also 100+ pounds—something she’ll need your help managing. Like many of us, she’s been a little too enthusiastic about snacks (I can relate).

She’s also sensitive. Jupiter doesn’t care for snowmen, sprinklers, or fire hydrants—likely due to something in her past. Or maybe she watched some horror movies that included all of the above. Whatever the reason, you might live in a more rural area, and those may not even be part of her world anymore.
JUPITER’S ADOPTION FEE HAS BEEN PAID!
And here’s the best part: Jupiter’s adoption fee has already been paid, thanks to a generous TCHS donor who simply wants to see her find her forever home. That means if you have the heart and the home, she’s ready to walk into your life today. I’m hoping that she won’t have to spend days 61, 62, or 63 without a home.
Visit Tri-County Humane Society today and ask for Jupiter. She’s waiting for you.
