The Chicago Dogs’ offense picked up right where it left off on Saturday in an 11-2 win over Cleburne.
Dusty Stroup drove in five runs, including a three-run homer in the eighth inning, and TJ Hopkins drove in three, including a solo homer in the fourth.
Alex McGarry scored on a single and three-base error as part of a two-run eighth inning. Jeff Lindgren threw six innings, allowing one unearned run and striking out nine. Brock Bell allowed one run in two innings, striking out four. Austin Marozas finished the game in the ninth after striking out two and ending the game on a ground out to first.
