Lennie was repeatedly attacked by another dog at his previous home before being taken in by the RSPCA.
Sharing an update on its social media page RSPCA Brighton said: “Lennie has made an extraordinary recovery since joining his new family a year ago.”
Once terrified of other dogs, the rescue centre said Lennie can now walk confidently past them without flinching.

“He is our world.”
