Take a tour of Columbus Monthly’s Best New Restaurants event that welcomed 300 guests to The Stack at Municipal Light Plant in Columbus, Ohio.
- Dirty Frank’s Hot Dog Palace is opening a new location inside the Ace of Cups bar in Columbus, Ohio.
- The new location will have a limited menu compared to other Dirty Frank’s locations but will still offer beef, vegetarian, and vegan hot dogs.
Late night eats inside of Ace of Cups bar just got a whole lot dirtier. Dirty Frank’s Hot Dog Palace is expected to open a permanent location inside the music venue the weekend of June 7.
The move into Ace of Cups, 2691 N. High St., was announced last year by the two companies and is now officially underway.
The beloved hot dog eatery already has three storefronts and additional locations in sports stadiums around Columbus.
Its expansion into Ace of Cups is not a new idea for the venue. In recent years, Dirty Frank’s hosted a food truck from Ray Ray’s Hog Pit, a Columbus based barbeque joint. The University District bar and music venue has been open since 2011 and hosts concerts and events, including Excess Karaoke on Sundays.
The Ace of Cups locale will offer a smaller menu than some other Dirty Frank’s locations. However, it will still have beef, vegetarian, and vegan options available.
It will be open 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. Thursday through Sunday, with the potential for lunch hours in the coming months.
