Marc Brownstein and Louis Smith Join Dogs In A Pile at Burning Daylight

Dogs In A Pile are hosting their first-ever music festival this weekend. The Burning Daylight event is taking place at the Westcott Theater in Syracuse, NY. Over the first two days the participants also included Taper’s Choice, Kendall Street Company, Pink Talking Fish and DJ Brownie.

Last night the host band welcomed two of Burning Daylight’s fellow performers to the stage. During the first set, DIAP brought out Kendall Street Company’s Louis Smith to sing a version of Paul McCartney’s “Let ‘Em In.” Then, during the second set, Marc Brownstein emerged for his own tune “Home Again,” which he has been playing with the Disco Biscuits since 2000.

Today’s Dogs In A Pile Burning Daylight roster includes Sneezy, Mikaela Davis and Natalie Brooke.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
