AKRON, Ohio (WOIO) – Summit County Animal Control said their shelter is “FULL!” with more than 90 dogs in desperate need of adoption.
SCAC said their shelter has been filled for the past two years because every time one animal leaves, another comes in.
With “no ‘wiggle’ room to spare, SCAC has reduced their adoption fees for dogs to just $28 through the rest of May, which is National Pet Month!
SCAC said their reduced dog adoption fee, which is regularly $94, includes:
- microchipping
- full vetting
- flea treatments
- intestinal de-worming treatments
- most all vaccinations
- 2025 license
- a lifetime of love!
