ST. LOUIS — Steve’s Hot Dogs and The Fountain teamed up with the St. Louis Development Corporation to help the business community impacted by the storms. People were able to pick up hot spots for their small businesses and also grab one of Steve’s signature hot dogs.
“People need things around here, not just residents, but emergency workers, police officers,” Steve Ewing, founder of Steve’s Hot Dogs, said.
He also provided bags of non-perishable groceries and necessities.
Businesses affected by the storm also had the opportunity to fill out a Business Assessment form detailing the extent of damage it received. The forms will be used by the the city to understand the needs of businesses impacted by the tornado.
Steve said they’re going to try to continue this free support in the days ahead until their supplies run out.
