LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The City of Lubbock Animal Services is needing urgent medical fosters for 18 dogs.
LAS says the dogs are different ages and breeds. They were found in serious condition and are being seen by the LAS veterinarian to determine any injuries and medical needs.
