SO YORK COUNTY REGIONAL POLICE SAY THE PITBULLS, ONE MALE AND ONE FEMALE, WERE FOUND TIED TO A TREE IN A WOODED AREA ON LOMBARD ROAD IN WINDSOR TOWNSHIP YESTERDAY AFTERNOON OR EVENING. THEY BOTH HAD COLLARS ON BUT NO IDENTIFYING TAGS OR MICROCHIPS. SO THESE ARE THE PICTURES OF THE DOGS AT THE SPCA. THEY ARE NOW LISTED UNDER THE GROUP’S LOST AND FOUND PETS. THEY WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE AFTER A VETERINARIAN AND BEHAVIORAL EXAM, WHICH SHOULD HAPPEN IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS, THE SPCA SAYS. ANIMAL ABANDONMENT IS A CRIME AND IS ENCOURAGING ANYONE

Two dogs found tied to a tree are now at the York County SPCA.York County Regional police said the pit bulls – one male and one female – were found in a wooded area on Lombard Road in Windsor Township on Wednesday.Both had collars on but no identifying tags or microchips.They are now listed under the SPCA’s lost and found pets.The dogs will be made available after a veterinarian and behavioral exam, which should be in the next few days.
