STEVENS POINT, Wis. (WAOW) – The Wisconsin Rapids Kennel Club held an outing for dog competitions.

Pet owners gathered at the County Paws Canine Athletic Center in Stevens Point, to compete in various competitions. A diving competition to see how far they can jump, or how fast they can swim. Along with a fast cat competition to see how fast the dogs could run.

Laura Bronk, the owner of the County Paws Canine Athletic Center said, “I’ve been competitively dock diving since 2018, we’ve got 7 dogs that do this. It’s really just a passion…. We’ve got people from local, people from 5 minutes down the road. We’ve had people from South Dakota, Tennessee, and Texas come here at compete as well.”

Dogs of all sizes could compete. Even if the dog has never done it before, they will help. Some participated for the competition aspect while other just had a little fun.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
