An Eastern Iowa man is using his retirement funds to care for more than 60 dogs.Brett Butler runs Corgwyn Rehabilitation Sanctuary in Oelwein. Since 2014, his nonprofit has been rescuing sick or special needs corgis. The 63 dogs he is caring for live on his 6-acre property. Day-to-day expenses and medical care add up to about $5,000 a month.
