
A St. Lawrence County woman has been charged with multiple counts of animal cruelty after she allegedly abandoned several dogs.New York State Police arrested 36-year-old Krysta Labarr of North Lawrence on seven counts of animal cruelty on Friday.Several days earlier, police were called to a home on Brooklyn Road in Lawrence to investigate a complaint and found two adult dogs and five puppies abandoned inside. Investigators later determined that the dogs belonged to Labarr.Labarr was arrested and processed before being released on orders to appear in court in June to answer to the charges.
